When you begin to play and reach level 5, system will give you a Bear as mount.  It can promote your move speed initially by 40%.

When you are riding a mount, you can accept and hand in quest, but can’t use items, cast skill and do enhancement.  Please dismount firstly, and then do other operations.

There are Land Mounts and Ocean Mounts.

Land Mounts are available on land scenes and unavailable in oceans.  In ocean scenes such as Chaos Space (>=level 40) and Star Ocean (level 55), only Ocean Mounts can be used. 

Except the bear mount sent by system and mount rewards from event, other mounts can only be got from AF-Point Shop for now.

Enhancement can help you to make your mount better.

Common mounts will initially promote your move speed by 40%.  Every grade of enhancement will promote move speed by another 10%.  Move speed can be promoted at most by 140%.
