Heroes City is in the center of Asura Force world and it is the biggest city for now.  Cosmos tribe and Chaos tribe decided to set Heroes City as a neutral city.

The crack on the east of Heroes City is all around Monsters.  Two instances located there - Ember Storm Cave (level 45) and a raid instance Thunderbolt Palace (level 50).
